training with passion
when i do my workouts, i get angry. i can push myself harder, lift more, run further and faster. i imagine fighting a faceless enemy, or one of those freaks decked out in their black hoodies. i get the same result if a hot girl is watching. this is not really a complex issue. guess im posting it as a justification for coming to this site.
jedi talk about controlling their anger. personally in my practice i have found controlling it to be completely useless. only when i unleash it do i feel vital, alive, and powerful.

Anger is possibly one of the most useful emotions. Keep using it!
There are a number of Jedi who understand this, as well, and seek to funnel it in constructive manners. They advocate not controlling your emotions, but controlling your reaction to them. Simply feeling anger is not a negative. Allowing it to consume you to the point of madness, the point where you lose control of it, is.
By the sound of it you're using it very constructively.
